My lovely turkey noodle soup from our Thanksgiving turkey. I wish I had some left right now. It's a little late for eating tonight and I'm still hungry after snacking at a Christmas party, but not really eating dinner.
This year's turkey from Gale Wood's farm. I'm so glad we got to finally try one. A waiting list! Grand carrots from Turnip Rock CSA. Secret ingredients include big wide flat egg noodles, cilantro and garlic - and of course a healthy, kindly raised turkey.

Fall Soup
Veggie broth, basil, parsley and oregano, celery, carrots, leeks, red cabbage, red & green peppers, kale, tomatoes, potatoes, green beans topped with freshly grated parmesean cheese. All veggies* & herbs were grown in our garden or by our local CSA farm. I made two gallons of this! I started throwing things in my large stock pot and before I knew it I had enough for a very long time. I've already frozen several bags. (*except for navy beans)
